We hope you loved your items but if not, we will accept returns for exchange or store credit. Only items that are purchased from our website, tatumjamesdesigns.com, can be returned back to us. Returns must be made within 14 days of the item being received. We cannot accept returns after the 14-day timeframe. The item must be in original packaging and in unworn, new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
POP-UP EVENT, TRADE SHOW, OR TRUNK SHOW
Merchandise purchased at a pop-up event, trade show, or trunk show is not eligible for exchange or store credit. Those items are all final sale.
Only full price items can be returned. Any item sold at a discounted price cannot be returned. This includes items purchased with a discount code greater than 15% off. Those items are final sale.
Items purchased at a retail store that sells Tatum James Designs can only be returned to that retail location. We will not accept returns for items that aren't purchased directly from our website.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
TROUBLE WITH YOUR ORDER?
For any item that is defective when it is received, please contact us within 5 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the incorrect item was sent, please contact us at the same email address for further assistance. Please include photos in the email.

Please include the original packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Without this, the return cannot be processed.
Please allow 7 days for us to process your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email about the status of your exchange or store credit. If your return is an exchange, we will email the tracking number to you as soon as the item has been shipped.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
If any items are shipped back for a return and do not meet these qualifications, the return will not be processed. If you want these items back returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur.
